I wish there was a sixth star option. We have a commercial location in Lakeway. We discovered the blower motor was dead and had little hope of being open for clients. Liberty squeezed us in between appointments, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved within a couple hours. Can’t promise they can fix every issue in a few hours, I can say they were fast and fair and I set up our other businesses to be maintained by them in the future. 100% happy customer.

I can't say enough great things about this AC repair company! As a tenant in a commercial property with medical issues that directly impact my ability to work efficiently in fluctuating temperatures, I had been dealing with an ongoing AC problem for years. The extreme temperatures were not only affecting my ability to work but were also impacting our products and clientele. Despite numerous attempts, my landlord failed to assist in resolving the issue, and no other company could figure out how to fix it. But this team came through! In case I forgot to say… Liberty Mechanical has been terrific!!!! They picked up the phone every time I called, which was a lot last week, and got someone over sooner than they said they could! I feel much better and relaxed about getting through our crazy weather throughout the year because of Liberty Mechanical!
