Found this place through recommendations on NextDoor. It's a bit tucked away the first time you go, but very convenient for those of us in Lakeway. Tiffany Chavez gave me exactly the 'men's professional' cut I was looking for at a reasonable price. The place is clean and pleasant to be in. I got in and out right on schedule. On their website they list each stylist's specialties.

I called to make an appointment as a new client and they basically told me they did not have any available time and I needed to call back later. They were just too busy. Talk about bad customer service!

Dow was great!!!, beautiful job , he did my hair for a wedding, soft and contemporary look. Such a reasonable price, I would recommend him to anyone. I was staying at the resort and needed my hair done. The spa offered no hair services . Dow was less than a five minute drive.

I don't live in/near Lakeway but I had a gift card for this shopping center and I needed a haircut so I went. The haircut was excellent. The stylist was friendly and professional. However, the payment situation was a disaster. First, they wouldn't accept the gift card, which was frustrating. Then, they don't take credit/debit cards which I think they could have mentioned when I made the appointment. I had to drive around Lakeway looking for an atm, which was hard because again, I don't know that area at all. And the haircut was pricey. I had a simple cut, just a trim and a few layers, and it was seventy dollars. My usual salon charges about forty, and that seems to be fairly standard for haircuts in this area. It's a good haircut, but not almost twice as good as my usual cut. The price wouldn't have been an issue, of course, had they taken my gift card, but it really destroyed my day to go from thinking I could get a cut for minimal out of pocket to driving aimlessly looking for an atm to pay more than I normally would for a simple haircut. Not going back, obviously.
