She listened to me and created the exact look I wanted. Then last Saturday I went in to have her cut my long hair. It had dead ends and looked stringy. I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She and I then discussed together how she thought she could do it. Again, she did it perfectly. It looks so good and stylish now. She cut off about 3 inches.
