I’m a regular but service wasn’t the best . Don’t push down on kneecaps! Also please minimize talking among co-workers in a foreign language…it’s distracting and ruins what should be a relaxing foot massage.

I go to Best Golden Spa and Golden Fortune in Westlake often. Both spots are great but I find the staff at Best Golden Spa to be short and not as nice to customers. Will keep coming back because the service is great but if you could choose between the two I’d recommend going to Westlake for friendlier staff.

Worst massage I’ve ever had. The lady brought the phone in the room with us and took 5 phone calls. I tried to show her I was in a lot of pain on one side of my body and she just said “ok ok lay down.” I tried to show her but again she didn’t care at all. This was the most unprofessional massage I’ve ever had and it was terrible service. Don’t come here if you want someone that doesn’t give a shit about you or how you feel. Horrible treatment with unprofessional people.

Just went to Best Golden Spa for the first time. I had a deep tissue 90 mon massage by Jason- OMG best massage ever. Painful at times but absolutely worth it! Highly recommend. Very reasonably proced as well.

I've been coming here for a few years and go almost weekly. They are very friendly, professional, and really know what they are doing. The place is clean, comfortable, and the vibe is very relaxing. The massage was exactly what I needed - very soothing and took away all my stress. Left feeling completely renewed. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a great massage
