Always polite, knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Lori goes above and beyond to find solutions for your needs!
Friendly, attentive and caring service. The staff made my visit an easy process. Everything was explained throughout the visit. I recommend Soundworks for your hearing needs.
I've been using Sound Works for 10 years. Dr. Lori is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Today I met with David to learn about the latest hearing aids with updated technology. He was very informative. I tried them out and bought new hearing aids. I already can tell the difference between them and my 6 year old aids. Too soon to experience the new product in many different environments, but I believe I'll be very happy with them!
