Todd, Cyndy, Lydna, Diane, and the whole crew are very helpful, thorough, and prompt. My fiance and I decided to build a pool, and after talking with Todd about everything we wanted, we sat down with Todd and Reed and they showed us the perfect pool for our backyard. Everyone we worked with was exemplary. They answered every question we ever had about the plans, the dig, the build, and the finished product. From top to bottom every one we talked to made sure to communicate as best they could with each requests we had. We were so pleased with the pool and we cannot recommend them enough to everyone we know that is interested in building their own custom pool.

We looked at 3 pool companies and picked Joy. They were not the lowest price and not the highest, but they were AMAZING to work with. Their pool designer Todd took our ideas and created and fabulous concept. Their builders then executed it flawlessly. Great communication and they always made sure they did what was right - not necessarily what was cheap for them. If you are looking to add a pool - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Reed, Terry, Diane, and Greg made us feel like we were their only customer.
