We interviewed 6 different pool companies before deciding to go with Joy Pools. We were blown away by Todd’s design. It was far better than any of the others and we couldn’t beat their pricing. Todd was so pleasant to work with throughout the whole process, even during the construction phase of the pool, he checked in on how we felt about the process. Communication from Diane in the office was wonderful and she kept us well informed of next steps. If something came up, we felt seen and heard. Joy Pools has built 2 of our pools, and we have been very happy with the building process, customer service, and maintenance. Their entire team is an absolute delight to deal with. Todd, Cyndy, Lydna, Diane, and the whole crew are very helpful, thorough, and prompt. They are extremely professional, have many options to choose from, stay on top of every detail, and are top-notch in design. My fiance and I decided to build a pool, and after talking with Todd about everything we wanted, we sat down with Todd and Reed and they showed us the perfect pool for our backyard. Everyone we worked with was exemplary. They answered every question we ever had about the plans, the dig, the build, and the finished product. From top to bottom every one we talked to made sure to communicate as best they could with each requests we had. We were so pleased with the pool and we cannot recommend them enough to everyone we know that is interested in building their own custom pool.
