Daniels installed my two units five years ago - did great work. Had an electrical part overheating last week - Kristopher was knowledgeable, pleasant, quick to find the problem. I would recommend for both install and repair.

I had Daniels Air out on 5/5 to service our ac units at our business. I have used this company before both in our home and at our business. Last week we noticed that the A/C units in the dining room and over our kitchen line were not working properly. I called Daniels to see about them coming out to look at them. I was told they would be out the next day (Friday 6/11) On Friday around 2 or 3 I called to get an ETA, and was told that the tech was speaking with the service manager, and that the had recommended a new unit, and there is nothing they can do. I informed the lady that the units are blowing air, and that it was not fully cooling. She said someone would be out Monday. I ended up calling another company and made an appointment for this morning. I called back and cancelled they appt, but asked to speak to a manager. I wanted to know why I paid close to $300 and am having to have them come back out? I also had this happen when they serviced my home, and again had to pay for a trip fee when the unit wasn't properly serviced.Stephen with Daniels Air called me and reread through the service notes, and apologized for someone not coming out. I again asked why the units weren't serviced, in the notes it said that I needed to replace the third unit, and hire an electrician for the 2nd unit. No mention of changing air filters or Freon checks. The other AC company was out this morning, and I am happy to report that both units are now working! They were both frozen solid, and in need of new filters! I am disappointed that ABC is recommending this company to its customers! I am sad to say that I may also need to start looking for another pest control company for both our business and home as well!***UPDATE***ABC reached out to me, and did refund me for the additional trip fee for having to reservice our home and refunded us the full amount for the service on 5/5. I appreciate them calling, and listening to my concerns/ dissatisfaction with the service to our business. I did update my star rating to a 3 from 1.

I have not yet used them to install anything, but I can attest to the fact that they have extremely responsive, informative, and friendly customer service. They helped me with some information when they definitely did not have to do so. Highly recommend them!!1

I contacted Daniel's Air through a referral from a friend who had used them. Clayton worked with my schedule and came to give me a thorough estimate on what it would take and cost me to fix my air duct problem, under my house. We scheduled the work to be done! Clayton and his crew showed up on time, they kept me informed throughout the process, and did everything they could to repair the issues and save me money on the job where they could. The technicians were super friendly and did an excellent job! I could not be more pleased with the service! I will use Daniel's Air again!

We were told that we would receive a $450 rebate from the representative that sold us a new HVAC unit. 8 months later, we have still not received it and were told that there were no funds for the rebate. When the representative sold us the unit, there was no mention of the possibility that we may not get a rebate. The only response that I have gotten from the company is that representative is no longer with them. I was sold a new unit under false pretenses of what I would receive.Update - After speaking with the manager about the failed rebate, I was issued a refund check for the amount of the rebate. They were able to resolve the issue within a week.

We purchased a new HVAC system in July 2020. We were told by the representative that we would receive a $450 rebate, which ultimately made our decision to go with this company. Their prices were about the same as others, but the rebate made it a little bit of a better deal. After speaking with the company in April 2021, we were told that there was no rebate after ONCOR ran out of funds. I continued to get the same excuse and no help on how to receive the rebate we were promised when we were sold the unit. Poor customer service and we were lied to about the overall price and rebate.

I was just trying to grab some information and the way, shay (the operator) politely greeted me and delivered the perfect amount of information. I absolutely loved her attitude and the way she was so professional by answering all my weird and ignorant question. I alone would take their service just because how they greeted me at the front door. Thank you shay

I called Daniels A/C and Plumbing (also doing business as ABC Home and Commercial Services) when a pipe burst in my house during the last, recent Texas freeze (when temps were below zero and there were power blackouts - no heat). I called late in the afternoon and knew that Daniels was going to be swamped if not overwhelmed with service calls, but I just had to get on the list and hope for the best. The second morning after I called, Daniels called me and said they had a plumber that lived near me who had an "open slot" and could come out to the house. This was great. Before the plumber arrived, I cut a hole in the ceiling below the break in the pipe to make things a little quicker and easier. I used a large, rectangular, flat, plastic tub to catch the dust and the falling sheetrock.Stan showed up, took a look and got right to work. He had to make the hole in the ceiling larger. I expected him to just hack into the ceiling and make the typical mess in the room. But instead, he used the same plastic tub that I left in the room to catch the debris from his work. I thought this was very considerate of Stan to make the effort to keep things as clean as he could.Stan didn't waste any time. He worked quickly and efficiently. He answered all my questions as he worked, explaining what he was doing. When the break in the pipe was repaired, and before we turned on the water, he checked some other plumbing the in house (like the hot water heaters and some other, various pipes) to see if there were any obvious problems. Then we turned the water on and checked the repair. It was solid. I went up the attic to look in the area where I had originally seen some water when the break first occurred and while doing that, I saw a little bit of water on the attic "floor" (on the sheetrock of the ceiling below). I got Stan to look at it, and he searched and probed and felt and searched some more ... and he managed to find the tiniest, little, pin-hole, trickle of a leak in a joint in one of the pipes. If he had not found that leak, who knows what kind of damage that would have caused. I was very impressed. In order to fix this leak (in a very hard to reach place in the attic), Stan had to undo some of his previous work and "extend" his first repair to cover this additional leak. As before, he worked quickly and efficiently. We turned on the water and Stan stayed to check all the faucets to make sure they were all working as expected. Bottom line, Stan did a great job and got me back "online".
