I like the soft touch side. Never a scratch.. Cleans car very well!8-14-23 - Soft touch side is down. Used the no-touch side. Didn't get the front and bottom sides of the car very clean, nor the wheels. Full service is now $15. Waste of $ when the car isn't clean.

We've used this wash for years, and I agree with recent posts about the decline over the past few months. However, I stopped by today just to see and they seem to have addressed the issues. All worked great and got a good wash. Glad to see this.

A little pricey ($8 and up), considering there are $5 basic washes available in the area.I didn't see any vacuums, either.I also noted that the $8 option isn't displayed on the screen.
