Three inspections and a whole lot of peace of mind--that's what I got from hiring Brad Leland! Brad came highly recommended from a friend and I feel fortunate to have found him. He and his wife Heidi are quite the team. I am building a new house and hired him for the foundation, framing and final inspections. Even with a new house built by a reputable builder, he found issues. I plan on hiring him again at the 11 month mark before my 12 year warranty expires. He is experienced, professional, patient (I ask a lot of questions) and truly wants to help you. Heidi offered that if I have questions in between inspections, to send them and they will answer. This sounded too good to be true--and wasn't. He did! I wholeheartedly recommend Brad. Thank you Brad and Heidi for giving me the peace of mind I need with such a large investment.

Great attention to detail. He found so many little things that would have been overlooked. I want him back to reinspect once they have fixed everything.
