Dr. Banks and her staff are always friendly and we never feel rushed when we have to go in. They are always easy to get in contact with and super responsive - their texting capabilities for scheduling and routine questions make a busy mom’s life so much easier! Plus for sick visits, they have always been able to manage same day (or first thing the following morning) scheduling.
We absolutely love Dr. Banks! She’s amazing—she listens to my concerns and always puts me at ease. She’s kind, direct, and makes me feel like my baby is truly cared for. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I always leave feeling like every concern was thoroughly addressed. Everyone is always friendly and compassionate. The nurse there is the only person that has EVER been able to get my son’s labs on the very first try every time- he is a hard stick and it usually takes multiple attempts.
