The staff was super friendly and informative. It really seems they enjoy what they do. I did scream a little bit when they put the eye drops to dilatate my eyes. The worker reassured me that it would be ok and held my hand through the process. It was scary but she walked me to the other exam room. I asked for help with my paper work and another worker helped me. I told her I was scared and told me that Dr. Renteria was not a mean person and wouldn't hurt me. When Dr. Renteria entered the room I did blush a little. So she took me on a adventure to see if she could help me see better, no pun intended. First visit today. The staff at this office is GREAT!!! They make you feel good about being there from the moment you enter the door. I had a very enlightening and educational visit. My new Dr.,Dr. Plummer is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in terms I could understand. I was quite pleased with my visit.

Westlake eye surgery is a very professional and profound Center and have very many trained specialists the stuff is wonderful the waiting room has a very pleasant environment the staff gives the utmost respect to the patient and your not rushed . And if you have any questions they follow every step with information to let you know about the upcoming tests and availability for surgery .I would recommend them highly I have had a very pleasant experience and great results with my surgery. I would highly recommend Westlake Eye Specialist and Dr. Plummer has totally changed my future and seeing experience .
