2nd time I have used Freddie for a job, and again totally satisfied. He is also able to deal with my micromanaging and able to refer me to another contractor for the portion of the project that he was unable to handle, will hire him again I am sure.

We were introduced to Unicus Construction through a kitchen and living room renovation led by Live Oak Builders. We were impressed by Live Oak, but frankly we were kind of blown away by Unicus Construction. Freddy's amazing team of skilled craftsmen were on point at every turn and able to pivot and find great solutions to the inevitable unexpected problems. We had a significant amount of structural and electrical work to be done in an older home, so we needed folks with experience and expertise. And, wow, did we get exactly that and then some. Freddy and his team are the best. I’ve used them for several projects at my condo for many years now, both large and small, and I’ve never been disappointed. They are great to work with. I used them to renovate my bathroom, which was basically a complete gut job, and it turned out beautifully and stayed on budget. I get complimented on it whenever I have guests over. The communication is great too, Freddy always does a wonderful job answering all of my questions, discussing all the various options, and is always upfront and straightforward about potential issues or costs.
