I've been going to Jessica for over a year now and I will NEVER let anyone one else touch my hair. She and ways foes such a wonderful job... my highlights are always perfect and my haircuts are too. I also had my hair and makeup done here for my wedding... Jessica and Rochelle did such a great job on mine and all the other girl's hair as well. I would highly recommend Jessica or Rochelle... you won't regret it!!!

I am sure they do great hair here, but I was unable to have that experience. I made an appointment a couple of days in advance, the woman on the phone was very nice and charismatic but did fumble through a couple of time slots. When I went in today they said they had me down for another time. It was not that they had made the mistake that upset me, because human error does occur, but more that one of the women automatically assumed it was my mistake and not her coworkers. Also, there was zero ownership of the mistake and no apology. I work in a field where the business lives and dies by appointments and I believe that it is probably a good idea to implement a confirmation... read full review

I have gone here twice and Jessica will be my new hairstylist. I have gotten two nice cuts with highlights. Prices are fair and my hair looks great.
