I was glancing at the reviews of this location and I was very upset to learn about the new tipping system that’s charging on non member pricing. I’ve been a member for over 10 years. The therapists here are wonderful! Jon, Carrie and Rachel are amazing! It sucks that I have to carry cash to tip due to the tipping system. On top of getting screwed on the amount, there’s also fees on top of the tip. So not cool. The front office staff is amazing and the amount of therapists has increased leading to a lesser wait time to get a massage! Before I had to wait at least a month prior to getting in, but now I can get in sooner.
Leah was amazing she was really knowledgeable asking question on what I needed she was really engage in making me feel better. I would highly recommend her for her deep tissue massages. Well spend money.
Corey, the manager, was very attentive and personable with a credit issue my son had. He provided an immediate resolution and kept my son as a future member. I appreciated the fact that he listened and was cordial the entire time.
I had a bad experience before with the previous manager (Lauren) and glad she no longer works there. Happy to see there's management that can represent the company in a positive light. Thank you!
