They recently consolidated their locations, so they don’t have a lot of storage space, but they went above and beyond for me. I accidentally left my clothes there for several months after moving away, and they were incredibly understanding about my situation. They even called to check in on me and make sure I could pick up my items when I was able. They do have a policy that they’re not responsible for holding items long-term, but they still helped me out without any extra fees. Their prices are great, and their service is super friendly.
