Took my vehicle here for maintenance and some upgrades. It was great that Brian listened and provided feedback to what I wanted to do with my vehicle. I laid out a list of what I wanted to have done and provided feedback from others experience to avoid similar situations with what I was wanting to do.
Brian also reviewed my own work on my vehicle and fixed an issue with transmission shifting hard due to me not adding enough transmission fluid so big thanks for that! He was also forthcoming with what his shops limitations which showed he cares about more the quality of his work.
I will definitely be bringing my vehicles here in the future.
Took my 2016 Avalon to Brian because I've been plagued with brake shimmy off and on for several years. I had replaced the front driver side rotor over a year ago and that seemed to cure it, for a while. The brakes would only start doing it after they were hot. Since I had replaced the original rotor because I believed the shimmy was due to a hot spot again on the rotor that led me to believe the caliper was sticking and heating up the rotor and causing the rotor to overheat. Brian checked out the caliper and determined it was fine but that there was uneven ware on not only front rotors but the rear rotors as well. He turned all four rotors replaced the brake fluid.
