When Reliable puts out their best oil change coupons, it is icing on the cake. But regardless I choose to go there because Amanda is always so friendly and also the gentleman who sits next to her. I also appreciate a super clean ladies room, and the wait time for an oil change is reasonable when I arrive at opening without an appointment.
Amanda is awesome! She kept me informed with both my cars and I love that they give you a full report on what could be fixed on your car. They give you a ride home so that is helpful for day workers. I wished the more simple changes like the oil change was faster since I’ve done them myself and know how quick they can be. That’s the only reason I’m giving them 4 stars. The brake work was awesome and done in a timely manner.
I was recently having battery/alternator issues with my truck. I had done the obvious things like replace my battery and alternator. But my truck was still failing. I didn’t have the time, or confidence to do much more myself.
I drive by Reliable every day, it’s at the end of my neighborhood. I called them and got myself over as quickly as I could before the truck died again. Amanda assured me they would find the issue quickly with their Diagnostic System, and I’d be well on my way within a day or two at best.
