Everyone was attentive and patient when I said my very sad and teary-eyed goodbye to my Charlie. I still take my lil Oscar for other attention and never doubt he'll be well taken care of.
My first visit at kyle animal hospital was very pleasant. The front staff were sweet and friendly. The doctors assistants were informative and knowledgeable and friendly also. The Office is very Clean and big. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Greenleaf..she was concerned about my Sprinky and ordered the necessary tests to get her issue of a torn ACL taken care of as quickly as possible. She called me the next day to let me know what to expect going forward. Very pleased with my visit.
All staff was very caring and curtious. They took care of Chubby were very thorough and explained everything and the possibilities. I needed to leave him at the hospital so the could run a variety of test. DrGreenleaf called to advise me of test results and they were waiting for two more tests. The tech was great. The Dr came out when i picked up Chubby and explained the meds and what to expect received a follow up call the next day. THANK YOU!
