I called Heritage on a Sunday at 11am.... In an ice storm... I was stuck at work on a 24 hour shift when my wife called and said the heater wasn't working. It's supposed to be 15 degrees tonight. I started calling around. Heritage was the only company that actually answered the phone. I spoke with Ronnie and explained the situation. Fast forward 2 hours later. Heater is fixed, my wife and kids are warm, and they charged a great price. I was blown away. Ronnie just got a life long customer out of me and every referral I ever give. Thanks Ronnie! No worse feeling than being stuck at work and worrying about your family. You saved us!
Excellent work, I was worried I would need a whole new HVAC system and heritage air conditioning & heating solve my problem for only $825, much better than getting a whole new system for 10 times more. They were able to come out the next morning after I called late in the day. Super professional, timely, honest, and reliable. 10/10
