I searched so many pediatric offices to find just the right one for my newborn son. We got in with Dr. Bates and he’s been great! He’s always willing to answer any questions I have and you can tell he truly just cares about my sons health. Thankful to have found this place and just 8 minutes from my parents house too!
They have the best staff and Doctors. I can usually get my daughter in same day if something such as an earache suddenly pops up. I have taken my daughter here since birth, 8 years ago. We have seen nearly every Doctor in the facility and they are all so great.
We love our doctor. However recently we had a very bad experience with a nurse over the phone. We called in to ask some questions about my child and received a lot of mixed messaging. The nurse basically said my wife wasn’t taking my son’s health seriously . I wish I could give five stars but this nurse has really wrecked or experience. She was incredibly rude. If it wasn’t for our doctor I would give 1 star. Be careful what nurse you talk with. Try and get in direct contact with the doctor.
