Club Car Wash, previously known as Tiger Express Car Wash, offers a variety of car wash options and monthly packages to suit different customer needs. The car wash services include the Rookie Wash, VIP Wash, Elite Wash, and MVP Wash. Customers can choose from a range of monthly packages, which vary in price and allow for savings through membership.
The car wash is known for its colorful foam, powerful water, and powerful air dryers that leave cars smelling good. Customers have praised the thorough job of cleaning and the quick service. The crew at the car wash is friendly and accommodating, with one customer mentioning the new employee, Aleks, who is always friendly and smiling.
However, some customers have expressed concerns about the company's approach to selling memberships, feeling that they should not be pressured to purchase one. Additionally, customers have suggested that the staff should stand to the side when directing vehicles into the wash, as standing in front of the vehicle can be a safety hazard.
Overall, Club Car Wash is recognized for its range of car wash services, accommodating staff, and additional perks for customers, while also needing to address some customer feedback regarding their sales practices and safety concerns.
This place was amazing!!! The staff was extremely polite and professional! Kudos to all the young gentleman working hard in this scorching heat to provide exceptional customer service. I am extremely grateful that I came to this car wash! Never experienced anything like it. Plus my car smells sooooo good! Thank you!
I have Club Carwash Membership and I find the value is great for me. The only thing I might change is to have the tip box at the end of the wash. It seems odd to provide a tip for something you have yet to receive.
My car is shared with my daughter & granddaughter. It hadnt been washed in at least a year. Glad i signed u with this & now I can wash my car regularly & in no time at all.
