Would not recommend. Went in to the Kyle Ascension location for a new patient physical, which I received, and was billed $484.00 for a Pre-diabetic check-up I did not receive and that my insurance did not cover. I have been trying to fight it since April 2021 and as of righting this, it is now September 2021. The location is now closed and it is impossible to reach the doctor or the Nurse Practitioner Virginia Wu (who was who my appointment was with). The main hospital has no clue where she is, all the numbers other facilities have on file are all wrong. She basically doesn't exist anymore except for the fact that I owe her that money for a service I did not receive....read full review

Didn’t actually go to the clinic. Went for a COVID-19 test; that was being done behind the clinic. Nurse was very nice and gentle when sticking swap up/and back in my nose.I do wish they had a way to get your results over the weekend. I result were probably ready Saturday but I had to wait for Doctor follow up on Monday.

If I could put negative stars I would.I went over a month ago to get my physical and I asked for birth control, so I thought I was waiting on my insurance provider to say what birth control it would cover. I finally called yesterday and the woman was total rude and once I explained my problem and how long I had been waiting, she had major attitude over it then bumped me back into the queue because she didn’t know what to do. I got transferred to the right office where the woman said there is no notes that they were checking with my insurance on anything nor is there about calling me back.
