I have had the pleasure of meeting Tracy who serviced my eye lashes the job was so amazing l then scheduled for service to my eye brows for the following week which also turned out just as amazing, l am glad to have found this lash studio.
I had a great experience getting my lash lift done here. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming and already knew who I was, which made the check‑in feel effortless. Bailey was the one who helped me, and she was amazing throughout the entire process.
She walked me through each step of the lash lift, explained the different options, and made sure I understood what to expect. She was gentle, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable the whole time. I really appreciated how knowledgeable she was and how much care she put into the service.

Editing my review because they went above and beyond to make this situation right. While there was much inconvenience, I now know how their salon works and was told they would be updating their hours of operation so other patrons are not misinformed like I was. Ultimately, their lashes are great quality and all of my previous experience with this studio have been positive and I’ve always left happy.
