I want to give a shout out to Bianca for the amazing wax and brow service I received today. She is so talented! My brows have never looked so good. Also, another shout out to Hailey who made my lashes look so beautiful and fluffy again. Amazing talent at this studio!

Got my lashes done on 12/20/2023 and SEVERAL have came out and I already had them fix them from falling out before I could leave the store parking lot on 12/20/2023. Good experience but poor quality. I shouldn’t have paid $89 for a full set of classic lashes no extra stuff if the lashes aren’t gonna have good retention and yes I understand that it happens but I don’t believe I should be loosing several lash with in 24 hours of a set.Just to add that I didn’t even have any face cream it anything on I washed my face with non oil based face wash and went straight to the appointment that afternoon. I got my lashes done like an hour ago friendly staff although. I got them with a classic set with like a cat affect nothing to crazy although I wanted it to stand out I should’ve told my technician but as in for my first time pretty disappointed and one my lashes started falling off
