“I am truly appreciative of how quickly they came out and fixed a broken vent (was totally open to the sky): they started work less than 7 hours from my first call. But, I can't give a 5-star rating for two reasons: 1. Unfortunately I said yes a little too quickly and ended up paying 30-40% more because I didn't fully wait for the 2nd bid...but I wanted to keep my word so didn't cancel. 2. The communication was lacking in that it took two days to complete the repair (we thought it was done after one), and he woke up / scared my daughter on the second morning. Overall, the paint job on all vents looks OK and we just survived a tropical storm with only a little leakage, so that is good news!“
