Love this spa so much! The stand up tanning booth and hydration pod are my personal favorite! Red light promotes skin rejuvenation, post-workout muscle recovery, and deep relaxation. With patience and consistency, I highly praise it as a soothing, complementary addition to wellness routines. Plus it has cleared up my acne so much!!! The hydration pod is so relaxing and I feel so detoxed and clean after I finish. The purple light in there always boosts my serotonin which is so good. The red light and yellow light facial boosts my collagen and creates such a good relaxing feeling I almost fall asleep in there every time. Absolutely love, Planet Beach, Kingwood, and especially the owner Gena. I love that I can adapt the workouts to fit my schedule and my needs. I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and is the one place that I have consistently worked out more than anywhere in my entire life. Absolutely love it and highly recommend it.
