With patience and consistency, I highly praise it as a soothing, complementary addition to wellness routines. Plus it has cleared up my acne so much!!! The hydration pod is so relaxing and I feel so detoxed and clean after I finish. The purple light in there always boosts my serotonin which is so good. The red light and yellow light facial boosts my collagen and creates such a good relaxing feeling I almost fall asleep in there every time.
