I saw Dr. Staci Norman yesterday. First of all, I would like to greatly commend her staff. The front desk was friendly and Brandy, my dental assistant, was so personable and put me at ease immediately. She now knows 1/2 of my life story....LOL. Dr. Norman was very cordial, professional and addressed every issue that I had with kindness and compassion. I cannot say enough about the quality of care and professionalism that was so graciously extended. My heartfelt thanks to Dr. Norman and staff!
I absolutely enjoyed my visit at Kingwood Dental. The entire staff is so friendly, the office is beautiful, and Fleur & Dr. Norman are amazing. I definitely recommend them for all your dental needs.
Fleur is awesome! I always see her! The dentists are super nice and I have built a trust for their guidance in my care.
Not happy with the billing aspect of this place though. If your claim is denied, they won’t work with the insurance. They just flat out bill you and you have to talk to your insurance and get them to reprocess your claims.
Also, I’m disappointed that they upped their charges. They now want to charge me a very small amount for what my insurance won’t cover out of what they billed the insurance for a standard covered cleaning.
The checkout lady lacks compassion and empathy.
