The office staff are all outstanding and knowledgeable on insurance and try to get you in as soon as possible. The office is clean and well kept. My son (6 years old) loves to get his teeth cleaned there and looks forward to his cleanings. I’ve been going here for a long time and I appreciate their hard work. “My first visit at Made Ya Smile Kingwood could not have went better. The check in process was fast and easy and the front desk staff were friendly. Everyone in the back office was amazing including the staff that took my X-rays and the dental hygienist. They were super friendly and professional and put my anxiousness at ease. The dentist came in at the end and he was very personable and explained everything in detail. I feel like each person who saw me that day played an important role in making my experience so special and they made me feel important and heard. “I just had a tooth removed by Dr.Caldwell and I must say the entire experience surprised me. Right when I walked in i was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist, then soon after I had the sweetest dental assistant, and finally Mr.Caldwell himself who was also extremely kind. I have been to many dental establishments all over the states but this one definitely stood out!!!! They got me in and out in no time but I must say the energy they all carried just makes you feel welcome and without a worry. I strongly recommend this great group of people!“
