Appointment setting is easy and convenient, with a helpful text line. Clients are loyal to CityVet and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The clinic is also reliable for emergency visits, even on a Sunday, asking thorough questions and providing X-rays and medication.
Dr. Gillette and the front desk staff are amazing! So professional and genuinely caring. A little disappointed with Melissa, the vet tech. My husband asked her several questions and she complete ignored him and gave me the impression she didn’t want to be there. Totally get it but still sucks when the rest of the service is so wonderful.

Our boy Sailor loves her, the techs, and the assistants. Everyone is always helpful with whatever we need, from questions to a shot record request. I had an emergency pet visit on a Sunday City Vet was open and were able to get me in. The vet tech Leikula and the Dr. Ericka were amazing!!! Took the best care of my fur baby. So grateful 🥰
