Dr. Ugarte is GOOD, he's very nice and very chatty.

The only downside is that it's a highly common occurrence that you have to wait 1.5 hrs to 2 hrs AFTER your appointment time to be seen. Last appointment I went to was 915 am. Got there at 859 am. Dr walked in to see us at 1040 am and we were on our way out of the appointment by 1055 am. Just be prepared to WAIT a lot. Also, it has happened that the staff makes follow up appointments for you, following Dr. orders, but you're never informed of such appointments via text or email. It has happened twice to me. Dr Ugrate is a very good Doctor. Takes pride in what he does. In fortunately his staff want to charge you for no show when the patient doesn’t make a no show. I use my schedule to make appointment but they made one when I was working. I only make appointment when I am off if they hit wrong button it’s on them. I hate to go but I’m not paying for appointments that I didn’t make.
