“We recently had an exterior porch brought into the main house to enlarge our living room. Leandro Guevara, owner of Centex Remodeling, came out and assessed the job, then several days later emailed us a start date, a contract and an estimate. On the assigned start date Mr. Guevara arrived on time with his immediate crew(who are awesome) and began the work in earnest. They hustle all day long with the exception of a well earned lunch break. They arrive every scheduled day right on time and by days end there is substantial progress.When the time came for subs such as electrical, ac, insulators and painters to perform their work they too arrived on the expected day and did excellent work. They all leave the work area neat and clean as possible at the end of each day. Mr Guevara and his team were a pleasure to work with. This was one of the least stressful projects we have ever had done. We are very satisfied with the job and highly recommend them.“
