We recently had an exterior porch brought into the main house to enlarge our living room. Leandro Guevara, owner of Centex Remodeling, came out and assessed the job, then several days later emailed us a start date, a contract and an estimate. On the assigned start date Mr. Guevara arrived on time with his immediate crew(who are awesome) and began the work in earnest. They hustle all day long with the exception of a well earned lunch break. The owner ‘Shorty’ was very knowledgeable and helpful. He met his deadline and stuck with his original bid. Our addition included a complete roofline redesign and new roof. You can’t tell the home has been added on to! Great job and great workers. I highly recommend them.Service: Home addition construction
