It used to be very small and dark, there was a tiny island in the middle which limited the space, John's team recommended removing the island and adding a large breakfast bar. And they did it! “I met with Will for an estimate on March '24. Nice guy and clearly knows his stuff. Accepting the contract was simple and done via email. The crew were out a couple of days later and went straight to work. No drama, a little noise but to be expected. The job required less piers than estimated, so bid price was reduced. After finished, the lead for crew asked if I wanted surplus dirt anywhere (I didn't) so they removed it. Area of activity was watered and leveled so grass will have good shot at growing. Overall, as simple and easy a process as can be imagined. I've always heard that the company operates primarily off of word of mouth - and stays quite busy. Flashy ads clearly aren't needed. The only company I'll call if I need foundation help. -Tom Sellers“
