Our kitchen sinks backed up. After my husband snaked them and did everything we could to unclog them, we decided to call a plumber. I called around to a few places including the one that did our bathtub a couple years ago to no avail. I only got voice mails stating that due to high volume of service calls (this wasn't too long after our freak winter storm) or some didn't even answer. One company had 2 phone numbers in the phone book (our internet was out) and both were disconnected. I called S&S and a human being answered!
