Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services
“During the freeze my well pipes burst. I had no water in the house and all the plumbers were busy, plus many won’t do wells or outside city limits. I called Monday, and they set an appointment for Friday, but they didn’t make it because their previous appointment at an apartment complex ran the whole day. To make up, they sent one of their guys, James, after hours to fix it. He arrived 6:30, assessed the work needed, then drove back to Killeen to get the extra parts needed for a well. He finished at midnight, even though I’d told him several times to go home and finish it the next day. I’ve never had a plumbing service go above and beyond like this.”
