I always have a good experience with their employees every time I shopped for a new prescription glasses with them because they are the only Walmart in Killeen that actually accepts my MEDICAID vision insurance.
However,a little over a month ago these two employees assisted me beyond my expectations.
Both Ana and Amy were very helpful.
Amy was very helpful picking my eyeglasses while Ana spent almost an hour explaining to me which service is better.She was so patient and honest what is to do and what is not...very knowledgeable in her job!

If you want the best experience at Walmart Vision Center 1400 Lowe's Blvd Killeen, if possible make apointment with Ana a very friendly helpful and knowledgeable optician. Each time that I had to visit the optical store. She was the best and most knowledgeable friendly person that you would like to deal with. She gets A+ from me. When it comes to customer service. Don't believe me, visit Walmart vision center. Lowe's boulevard Killeen, Texas.
Greeted & asked by Amy if she may help!After picking out a frame, Amy had went to lunch so I looked for assistance seeing an employee helping a customer (Joanne) I was standing by another employee chitchatting to a customer about his vacation (no glasses assistance with him)never bothered to acknowledge seeing I’m holding a frame, so I left. 15 mins.
Desperately needing a pair glasses I returned, to happily to be greeted once again by Amy who not only was kind & helpful AND PROFESSIONAL she acknowledged me as so did Joanne!
I truly hope the other employee doesn’t cost the Vision Center business with her unprofessionalism.
