I don't normally leave reviews, but I have to for this one- I was completely blown away by the service Victory Mechanical provided. Absolutely excellent company. When our old antiquated HVAC unit completely failed, they were able to deliver a free quote within minutes of a phone call, had a technician here the next day, did excellent work, and even provided an upgraded unit at no additional cost (my house can get so cold now, it's awesome). Even when their was a little bit of water drippage from the new unit, they fixed it immediately, and even sent a flooring company to my house right away to assess and fix any damage at no additional cost without hesitation and I didn't...read full review
We had the best experience with Victory Mechanical and their AC guy Paul. We could tell by speaking with Paul and the owner Arthur that we finally found the right company to get our antiquated system repaired correctly. I'll skip a lot of the details and just say that several companies over 20 years couldn't or wouldn't take the time do the job correctly. I couldn't believe the price, it was very reasonable!! We are now on their Bi-Annual service plan which is also extremely reasonably affordable. Thank you, Arthur and Paul!
I am a real estate Broker with multiple properties in Killeen. I have used Arthur and Victory Mechanical since Day 1! Arthur does an excellent job with responsiveness and timing. He’s even made sure that my tenants were serviced immediately even If it was the last appointment of the day, which has been sometimes as late at 9pm.He’s also made sure that the work is at my expectations. I am often a remote property manager and rely on service providers doing the work I expect done. He has never disappointed!
