I've had a membership here since it was Gold's Gym and have always loved the atmosphere and attitude of the gym. I do have a few issues though. At this point the broken equipment has been mentioned enough that I won't go in depth, but yes that situation is pretty sad. One of the issues right now is that there is no communication if the gym is going to be closed for unexpected reasons. In 2021 when we had the major snow and freeze the management did a great job of posting to IG about delayed openings or early closings. Natalie and Lyn in the kids club are amazing! We have been to other gyms and the kids club haven’t been a fraction of what Trufit has shown us. Lyn and Natalie are quick to answer any concerns I have brought to their attention. Highly recommend
The ladies at kids club are very welcoming and kind. My child loves being in there and making new friends. Nessa and Maritza are the best and do a very good job making sure my child is safe when I go workout.
