The vacuums work well, and there are plenty of clean towels available. Attendants are helpful and willing to take extra time to ensure a thorough clean, making it a standout car wash experience.
Was hesitant coming in today because the last wash looked like my toddler sprayed the car down blindfolded. But this visit completely changed my opinion. The staff this morning were great, especially IVAN. He was honest, friendly, upfront about pricing, and went above and beyond taking care of my vehicle. You can tell he actually cares about customer service and doing the job right. Today’s Car Wash needs more people like IVAN. Appreciate you, brother.
Okay I was pleasantly surprised I have membership elsewhere however if it wasn't for the pricing I would have definitely signed up here you have floor mat cleaners they have all purpose cleaner they allow you to use Galaxy doesn't have that unfortunately.
I have been doing work where I have been driving a lot. Bugs had accumulated so much it was getting hard to see through them. The attendant at the pay area asked what I needed and I explained the bugs he said no problem. They took an extra minute to really scrub the stuff off the bumper, windshield, and all other surfaces. Then after the wash they have a lot of stuff available to help finish cleaning anything else you need. By far the BEST CAR WASH EXPERIENCE IN TEXAS, that I have had. Thank you guys for being super helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
