The assistant manager, Crystal was not customer service savvy. If a customer is telling you they will have a hard time with something don’t ask questions making them repeat the problem just to keep telling them “no”. Following policy isn’t an issue. She did not make me feel understood at all. Accused me of being hostile and mad simply because I asked her to let me finish talking before cutting me off. Even chuckled during the conversation. The overall company seems nice but she shouldn’t be the first impression.Just left and definitely recommend new customers going inside. The women there were so sweet.
