Have no clue why this is highly rated. Went for a silk press ended up getting my hair cut Into a bob so the silk press would look better since my hair was damaged ( split ends ) which is ok but after washing the silk press for months now I still have a chunk of straight hair amongst my 4c hair that will not revert back. She did way too many passes on my hair complained that it was damaged then damaged it more AFTER cutting it. So now I’ll have to cut it again to remove the damage.
