The braids are good and uhh the the styles are prolific. I would like to also thank the staff on a work well done with their ability to cooperate and having good people skills.

I came to this shop asking for XS knotless braids and even showed a picture of exactly what I wanted. I only asked the stylist to start the braids because I planned on braiding them down myself, but somehow I still ended up with medium-sized braids instead of XS.What made the experience worse was that another client across from me asked for medium braids, and hers were actually smaller than mine. When I politely asked if they could be fixed, the stylist immediately became defensive, raised her voice at me, and said she “couldn’t go any smaller.”On top of that, the parts were uneven and poorly done. I still tried to be respectful and asked how much I owed because I didn’t want to leave without paying for her time, but instead of handling the situation professionally, she told another girl to just take them out and continued being rude and nasty toward me.Customer service matters just as much as the hairstyle, and unfortunately this was a very disappointing experience.

I've been to this shop several times because the braiding is really well done—neat, long-lasting, and worth the price. However, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The women working there, including the owner, can be very rude and unprofessional. If you speak up or ask for something specific, be prepared—they might start talking about you in French, assuming you won't understand. I definitely not be back.
