I love this gym, they have so much! Weights, cardio machines, & more. Also, tanning, massage chairs & hydromassage beds!! Only thing about this location is that they've been doing construction for months now, not really sure what they're doing differently but almost all equipment is still available! It's just a little cramped right now. But it's never super busy like some of the other gyms.

Great gym, but workers should be more available. Young kid is never around when needed. A lady was here to sign up, and waited for about 10 mins before leaving.

Every staff member I interacted with from early morning to mid-afternoon was absolutely wonderful! I came in early before my shift to sign up, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free—no question felt like a dumb one. It honestly made me excited to swipe my card because it felt worth every bit of the commitment. When I returned around lunch, the staff was just as kind and helpful, showing me how to use the machines and explaining all the perks. Everything was extremely clean, organized, and welcoming. You can tell everyone there is genuinely happy to be part of the team—it felt like a family atmosphere. I felt peaceful, safe, and supported. I am extremely happy I joined. Give this team a raise, and thank you for making this transition so easy!

Unprofessional. Cancelled my membership 8 months ago and still getting billed. I was told a month ago that they can see that i’m still being billed even though it is cancelled and would issue a refund once they spoke to hire ups. None of that was done. Called again and no care no help.

This place has been “under construction” forever! Half the gym is shut down. They’re not offering to refund half your gym fees though.

I really love this Planet Fitness! The gym is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the people who work out there are respectful and keep to themselves. You’ll see all types of people here — fit, out of shape, beginners, athletes — and that’s what makes it great. You never feel uncomfortable or out of place. Everyone’s just focused on bettering themselves.
The machines are well-maintained and easy to access, and there’s plenty of space overall. You rarely have to wait long to use anything. There’s even a small area for box jumps or high-intensity workouts, which is a nice touch.
The only thing missing is a sauna — I really wish they had one! Every gym should have a place to relax and sweat it out before or after a workout. But other than that, everything else here is perfect. I definitely recommend this Planet Fitness to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to work out. 💪🏽
