One customer was particularly impressed with the "Paw-decure" service, which left their Yorkie's nails perfectly clipped and filed. In May 2024, I took my Yorkie Rio here for dog training and we were paired with Tierra. She was amazing with our Rio and Rio immediately took to Tierra, Both Rio and I learned so much from Tierra. She is patient and encouraging and we had fun. We signed up to take the next training class (Advanced) with Tierra. So happy with her.
We took our little Yorkie in for a "Paw-decure" yesterday. The service was excellent! They did such an amazing job on his nails. Not only are they clipped perfectly, they are also filed and very smooth. They even did a trim on his potty trail, for just a bit more money. Overall highly satisfied!
Do I give five stars because it's a typical PetSmart? Seriously it's the same exact thing as the other PetSmart. I have to say the workers here are friendly. I even called hours earlier to do a price check on cat food because only about a month ago my cat's Oral Care Science diet was approximately $20. Luckily the girl on the phone took the time to check the price for me. She said it went to $24 approximately. Yah what a big change for only a month. I don't blame PetSmart though. Economy it's a little NUTS right now. I went in and got what I needed. At check out there is only one line. I can bet it's only one line because ITS d#%^* expensive to pay for more workers. When I got to the line there was at least 7 people waiting. Anyways - typical PetSmart. Workers are nice, store is super clean and I found what I needed. Was it stellar customer service? I guess it would be stellar if they opened another check out cashier. But then again.... like I said I literally UNDERSTAND! In this time in our culture, we tend to be satisfied QUICKLY. The technology we use today has made us impatient people. Never learning patience. Oh well - it is what it is. I'm Guilty too for it.
