I have never visited the spa, so this is not on the actual spa experience, but I made an appointment for saturday for a valentine's day present for me and my husband, after I made the appointment a couple days later I got a call saying they had to reschedule the appointment. Disapointed I made the appointment for the following weekend, but better late then never for valentines day. Then I got a call to cancel and reschedule that one the next day, but they were going to be open on valentines day now, so they could book me anytime that day.
