Hallmark Service Company

Have been with this company over 25 years and three complete systems installed due the fist one just plain worn out ,the second one due to the freon changes and the three one due to lighting strike . From the ladies that answer the phone to the owner they are are a company that talk the talk and then does what they say they were going to do.

This business deserves five stars. A friend of mine recommended them, they replaced my entire AC system and did a great job. Weeks later, after the installation, an issue came up with the system and they quickly and professionally got it resolved. Hallmark has a great reputation, and they go above and beyond to maintain that reputation. We are very happy customers. Thank you Bill Webster for the good recommendation.

We were assigned Hallmark Service Company from our warranty company. They were called out for a second opinion - they discovered what the problem was and addressed it. They found that the prior company's repair damaged our AC and they tried to remedy it the best they could. They were more knowledgeable than the other companies that we talked to. They were professional and communicative.
