I had a guy cut my hair. He did a rush job. Later, my hair grew back uneven. He was complaining about doing multiple jobs at once, but that's not my problem. I didn't complain, I'll still go back but someone else will cut my hair from now on, someone who's not doing multiple jobs and can listen to the customer more accurately.

I had a fantastic experience at Great Clips! The staff was super friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. The shop was clean, organized, and the wait time was short. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next haircut—highly recommend!

Service is fine. They sell these preloaded cards that lock in a low price for haircuts. The problem is, most of the staff has no idea how to properly use it. It's almost always a wait, and if they get it wrong, it cost me money. They really should work on this.
