They truly care about serving their customers. Had hair recommendations on what style keeps longer. Braids aren’t too tight so they don’t pull on the edges. I’m very happy with the result. Haven’t braided my hair since I’ve been natural but now would 100% go there every time.Like

I have gone to this shop for year and usually they do a great job...this time however, I was told I would have 2 people working on my head but only had one, the toward the end they put a chick on my head that apparently did not know how to twist longer hair and my twist looked a mess in the area she braided. I called the owner the next mornin, voiced my concern and she told me to come in and they would fix it. Tell me why the had the same female who messed up my hair the first time working on my head again? I said I do not want her working on me she is the one who messed me up last night ...my request was completely ignored as they kept on working. Needless to say I will not be returning!

Took my daughter to get her first ever box braids. I had initially called and let them know what i wanted she quoted me $160. Dropped my daughter off and it took them about 5 hrs. When i get there she said it would be $200. They do have a coupon on their website if you go on a Tuesday you get $10 off. I was there on a Tuesday and showed them the coupon she told me i couldn't use it since they had already given me a discount that the price was $220. Then they asked if i was paying with cash or card. I told them card, they said they wanted cash so i had to drive out of my way to my bank to get cash. Although they did a fair job on my daughter's hair I doubt i will go back.
