I'm very pleased with my first visit with PA Katrina Lynch. She looked at my issue and immediately took a sample to check what it is. The whole staff are very kind and helpful. I'm going back in three weeks for the result. Our experience in the office was way much better than the other dermatologist. I'm happy that I decided to get a second opinion. They were all great.
The staff and doctor were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and thorough throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand, while also providing detailed information and multiple options for care. I left feeling confident and well informed about the treatment plan. Highly recommend!
The office waiting area was clean, the receptionist was kind, the nurse was detailed and determined to help me. And Dr. Faust was informative and concerned about my skin condition. He made me feel like he genuinely cared. I’m hoping that my future visits will be as positive as this visit was.
